Elizabeth Lawson is a seasoned Real Estate Agent for Fleisher Arrowood of Compass, and licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

 

Shortly after relocating to Washington, Elizabeth found her true passion in real estate and her strong appreciation for DC’s architecture and urban design. As a top real estate team’s administrative, marketing, and client associate for six years, she participated in successfully closing $400 million in sales for both buyers and sellers; including three record-breaking sales within the DMV region in 2021 and 2022.

 

Elizabeth’s unparalleled experience working alongside top agents contributes to her strong understanding of real estate best practices and evolving market data. She brings this experience to each of her clients as their exclusive real estate agent.

 

Born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina with three sisters, Elizabeth brings her southern charm, personability, and seasoned perspective to connect with each client. Her passion to put others first establishes trust and confidence with her clients. From her personalized and meticulous, pre-launch and staging advice to her offer preparation and expert negotiation strategies, Elizabeth provides unwavering commitment to achieve the best results.

 

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Art History and International Global Studies from Sewanee: The University of the South in Tennessee, and her Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University. She resides in Westmoreland Hills in Bethesda, MD with her husband, William, and their goldendoodle, Lyla. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling, and sporting events (Go Caps!), and is as active member of The Junior League of Washington, DC.
