Lee leads Arrowood Advisory, a private real estate advisory that brings together strategic counsel, sophisticated marketing and exceptional connections to advise Buyers and Sellers on significant residential properties throughout the Capital Region.

Before entering real estate, Lee spent more than twenty years as a senior business executive in the legal industry, helping found and grow businesses through successful acquisition. She later built her real estate career alongside one of Washington’s most respected brokers, Marc Fleisher, developing an advisory approach grounded in strategy, negotiation and long-term relationships.

Lee has closed more than $500 million in residential sales and has consistently ranked among Washington’s top agents, including recognition by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends as the #3 individual agent in Washington, DC. Clients value her judgment, disciplined approach and ability to navigate complexity while keeping the broader objective in view.
