Katherine is a real estate advisor with Arrowood Advisory, a private real estate advisory serving Buyers and Sellers across the Capital Region. Real estate has been part of Katherine’s life for as long as she can remember. Raised in a family of housing entrepreneurs and investors, she developed an understanding of property, value and opportunity long before entering the industry herself. Her experience now spans more than $500 million in closed residential transactions, giving her exposure to a broad range of properties, clients and market conditions throughout the Washington region. Today, she pairs that foundation with highly specific, block by block knowledge of Northwest D.C., Montgomery County and Northern Virginia, with particular expertise in Georgetown, Kalorama, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Potomac and Bethesda.
